eSVYN does athleisure wear with attitude but what does “athleisure wear” really mean? Well let’s break it down. We all know what an athlete is; “A person who is proficient in sports and other forms of exercise.” Leisure means “Free time for enjoyment.” Therefore athleisure wear means “Casual, comfortable clothing designed to be suitable both for exercise and everyday wear.”
But we at eSVYN never rely on the dictionary for a meaning. We always have our own meaning.
Athleisure wear to us means “Athletes at Leisure” – When we think of an athlete who is the 1st person to come to mind? Tom Brady? Lebron James?
Well guess what Mom’s!! It takes a damn lot to juggle our kids, husband, work… We are the CEO’s of the home and our businesses. We take care of our home, our kids, our husbands, our employees and we always look damn fierce doing it all.
And yes, when we were younger we were athletes, be it dancers, gymnasts, baton twirlers, cheerleaders, soccer players, basket, volley-ball and track and field stars, fitness models, we were athletes and now we are CEO’s an we run s#it. We are athletes who are now “at leisure” and we wear athleisure wear. We look good and we are loving it.
